Psych Season 3 Episode 1 - Ghosts

Synopsis:

In this episode After Gus’ boss demands he quit moonlighting at the Psych agency, Shawn must find a way to keep his partner while solving a haunting case and playing referee to Henry and his recently returned mother.

The Season Premiere! I have been going through withdrawals waiting on this show to come back on, even going so far as to re-watching my season one dvds.

The interactions between Sean and Gus are as good as ever. This episode had plenty of good “scares”, as well as laughs.

At the start of the episode, Shawn’s mother is back in town (Madeleine) on some police duty, and Shawn comes down to see his mom and dad communicating, and Shawn does not like it.

Then we get to see Gus, he gets called into the office by his supervisor, Olgetree. Olgetree found out about Gus moonlighting as a detective, and points out the exclusivity contract and gives him an ultimatum, stay with his company “Central Coast” or “Psych”.

So in this episode, Sean has to get Gus back working for him. Pretty soon Gus gets called into his bosses office (Haversham). His boss read the paper, and wants to hire Gus to look into his house, he thinks its haunted.

I love this episode, I can’t wait to watch it again.

We get a good interaction at the end of the show, revealing information about Shawn’s mom and dad.
