Review

New Monk is finally here! A few months ago (April) the actor who plays Monk’s therapist (Stanley Kamel) passed away, and needed to be replaced. The new therapist seems ok for now, he’s no Dr. Kroeger, but he has definate potential.

This was a good episode, and sets the tone well for the rest of the season. It is very unfortunate about the death of Stanley, but fortunately the writers were able to work around it, and continue providing excellent material.

Watch it, you’ll thank me later.

A very good episode, very strong. It’s sad about the real life death of Stanley Kamel, who died on April 8, 2008. He was a great actor, and will be deeply missed. Highly Recommended.
